We contracted Horsman de Ruiter for a heat pump. They installed it after a lot of pressure from us, but it is not working properly. I managed myself to find a lot of issues in the contract, certificates, functioning parameters of heat-pump. We also have a legal advisor, but unfortunately we do not agree with his opinion. Might be misscomunication, but still… we asked an expertise from Dekra, ZNEB and CED, but all of them said the insurance has to call them for expertise.
We know we are cought in the middle of a fraud scheme and a big scam also, but we need help to prove it. We tried to fill in a complain at police station Lelystad, but they said if we have a lawyer, we have nothing to do at police station. I guess there are more victims of Horsman, and we should be able together to find a way to stop this guy from scamming people.
